We begin taking orders for summer and fall harvesting in the spring of each year.  We usually sell out mid-summer.


Our Prices

Beef – $3.60 per lb.
Lamb – $4.75 per lb.
Pork – $3.90 per lb.


We give a 10 cent/lb. discount for customers buying ½ or 1 whole beef.
